Engineering programs receive re-accreditation

The Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) has renewed the accreditation of all five engineering programs within the Lyles College of Engineering at Fresno State. The renewal term is six years.

Fresno State has offered engineering courses and programs since 1922, with the majority of its students coming from the local region. The Lyles College is currently experiencing its highest student enrollment in history, with over 1,900 students.

In addition to its accredited programs, the college recently introduced a minor in aerospace engineering and also offers minors in land surveying, cybersecurity, construction management, electrical engineering and computer engineering.
