The Pay It Forward Luncheon series, created by the Lyles Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, celebrates its 10th anniversary in fall 2025 with a new set of business speakers offering insights and information.
The first Pay It Forward speaker of the season will be Bettye L. Smith, CEO of Payroll People Business Services Inc. Smith will speak at 11:30 a.m. Sept. 25 at the Resnick Student Union. Smith will discuss her professional journey, challenges and triumphs and offer insights on personal growth, leadership and giving back.
The luncheon is free and open to the public. Seating is limited and registration is required. Participants may register on the Lyles Center website.
The fall series of Pay It Forward luncheons will continue with Kodey Wells of Wells Upholstery Inc. on Oct. 16, and Justin Levine and Bill Betts of the Betts Company on Nov. 12.
